The challenge is to follow a consistent exercise routine by completing 3-5 of our 45 minute online workouts a week in the comfort of your own home via Facebook!
Classes this time around include - COMBAT, ABS-OLUTE CORE, TONING, HIIT & BLOCK FITNESS. We will also be encouraging you to implement some healthier habits i.e good sleep pattern, healthy eating and more.
Structured Training Plan
We will be encouraging you to complete 3-5 of our fun fuelled home workouts a week for just 28 days via our Facebook page! Don't panic, you get 24/7 access.
You will also receive a extra week of access to play catch-up if you get behind/miss any workouts.
Expert Accountability
We've got your back! You will be added to our group chat where you will receive regular support, check ins and encouragement!
Nutritional Guidance & Education
At the start of your challenge you will gain access to our healthy eating tips! Plus there is a video you can watch which will tell you everything you need to know, from fuelling your body for a workout to post workout meals/snacks and much much more.
Extras
Plus you will receive a log book (tick off your workouts as you go) and a body measurement chart where you can track your progress and see your amazing results at the end!
